We love to hear from you about how you’re using Xpedition2 for route planning and the Xplorer GPS app for navigation.
We were recently contacted by Dutch landscape photographer Ko who has created her own method of using Xplorer to pinpoint the exact coordinates of some of her best nature spots.
To find the coordinates in photos, Ko matches the time setting of the camera to the time setting of her Satmap device (though you can also do this with any smartphone). We love this picture of a woodpecker feeding its young that Ko managed to get on a recent walk.
Another of our nature-loving users has recently contacted us to say he too uses Xpedition2 when looking for wild orchids and records the find sites as Points of Interest.
Let us know about your Xpeditions! Tell us where you’ve been a send a photo to [email protected], we’d love to hear from you.
