Don’t worry – you can return to Annual Renewals

Your Xpedition2 account will automatically renew each year so you don’t have to think about it. It’s easy and secure so you have total piece of mind.

However, we understand that this is this not for everyone, so you can cancel your auto-renew plan at any time. This will not remove access to your Xpedition2 subscription, or remove Premium Benefits. It simply means that your account will not automatically renew at the end of 12 months. You will receive a reminder when you’re approaching the end of the year, so you can renew your subscription if you choose.

Simply log in to your account on go.xpedition2.com and navigate to your Account Settings by clicking on your name in the top right of the Xpedition2 screen;

Canceling the auto-renewal plan

Now select the “Manage Account” tab in the pop-up window that appears (as shown below). This will show various details about your account, including a “Cancel Plan” button. To cancel your auto-renewal, click this button. Don’t worry, this will not cancel your Xpedition2 subscription, and you will still be able to use Xpedition2 until your renewal is due. Once your renewal is due you will need to renew manually, as Auto-Renew has been cancelled.
