Changes to service and support

•As part of our revised pricing from 1st June 2026, we will continue to provide access to our online route planning platform and mobile app.

•Looking ahead, we may make changes to the mobile app service after 1 June 2027, including reducing or withdrawing technical support and future updates.

•We currently intend to keep the app available for as long as practicable and expect email customer service to continue where possible, but ongoing app availability and maintenance cannot be guaranteed beyond this date.

•The mobile application is provided on a best-efforts basis after 1 June 2027. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue app functionality, updates, integrations, and technical support without notice. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a commitment to provide ongoing app services beyond that date.
