Ready for a Watery Adventure?

Wild swimming has become increasingly popular since lockdown.  We love this book, Wild Swimming Walks in the Lake District for the perfect walk/swim combo. We’re also inspired by this beautiful film

If you’re the competitive type, take inspiration from our community manager Catherine (pictured centre) who recently participated in the Great North Swim in Windermere.

“I regularly swim outdoors in a local lake with a group of women, and a few of us chose to challenge ourselves to the Great North Swim.  To swim en masse and in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Windermere was a wonderful experience.  A mile is a long way, but I was swept along by the company of my fellow swimmers.  Maybe next year I’ll go without the wetsuit!”
